Privacy policy
How we collect, use and protect your information.
Draft for review. Have this policy checked before launch.
What we collect
When you request a quote, a machine or a site visit, we collect the details you give us: your name, business, email, phone number, address (for delivery or visits) and anything you write in the form. If you create an account we store your password as a one-way hash that we cannot read.
Why we collect it
We use your information to reply to your request, prepare quotes, arrange pickup, delivery or installation, and keep records of orders. We only send marketing emails if you tick the box to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Consent records
When you submit a form we record that you agreed to be contacted, the wording you agreed to and the time. This helps us respect your choices under Canada’s privacy and anti-spam laws (PIPEDA and CASL).
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep your quote list and keep you signed in. With your permission we also measure visits using first-party analytics, so we can see which pages people use. We do not sell your information or use advertising trackers.
Who sees your information
Our team, and the service providers who host the website and send our email. We never sell or rent your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep quote and order records for as long as needed for business and tax purposes, then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing info@snackphoria.com.
